Sixtus the Seraph

The Mighty Seraphs!

As in the Bible, appearing shortly after Christmas - and, in the secular world, well in advance of Cupid on St. Valentine’s Day - our angel has arrived.

Having been sent all of the research found by the kids and staff on Seraphim, and after a couple of rounds of “revision by committee,” a school logo company has given us our new mascot.  Rumor has it, he shall be known as "Sixtus."

Not too fierce for the little guys and bold enough for our upper grades, our Seraph sports the mythical six wings (conveniently, one representing each of the first six grades of students we have in this inaugural year), a shield bearing the St. Madeleine cross, and holds a staff of God’s fiery love.  Thanks to the Bendix Family for nominating the winning mascot entry!

All hail the St. Madeleine Sophie Mighty Seraphs!
