🍦 Our friends from All City Ice Cream will be joining us again for our Back-to-School BBQ on Aug 26 from 3–6 PM! Stop by their truck to purchase some good old-fashioned ice cream—the perfect sweet treat to celebrate the start of another great school year together. Come hungry, grab a scoop, and enjoy a little extra sweetness as we kick off the year!

And don’t forget… this is a potluck event! 🍽️ the Knights of Columbus will be providing the BBQ main dishes, but each school family is invited to bring a contribution based on the first letter of your last name.

We can’t wait to kick off the school year together! 💙💛

Please join us in wishing our Mariner-loving, always helpful Office Manager, Mrs. Morrissey, a very happy birthday today! We couldn’t do what we do without YOU! ❤️✨🥳

We’re excited to announce a new academic opportunity at St. Madeleine Sophie: Spanish I for our 8th Grade students! 🎉

This fully credited course will build students’ Spanish communication skills, introduce them to the language and culture of Spanish-speaking countries, and provide a strong foundation for high school Spanish—including future honors and AP pathways.

We’re especially excited to have Señora Shaw leading the way! With degrees in Spanish and Secondary Education, a Master’s in Educational Leadership, 13 years of studying Spanish, experience in an 8th Grade Spanish/History immersion classroom, and time living in Spain and traveling throughout Spanish-speaking countries, she is passionate about sharing the language and culture with our students. ❤️💛

This is an exciting step forward as we continue expanding opportunities for our students and strengthening our academic program.

Who’s excited?!

Introducing this school year’s theme ❤️

As we prepare to begin a new school year at St. Madeleine Sophie, we are reminded that at the heart of all we do is love. Love is woven into our Core Values, our Student Learning Expectations (SLEs), the way we learn, the way we serve, and the way we care for one another.

From the classroom to the playground, from faith to friendship, everything goes back to love. It is how we grow in wisdom, build community, live our faith, and become the people God calls us to be.

✨ “Let all that you do be done in love.” — 1 Corinthians 16:14 ✨
